Aerobic exercises are low intensity activities like walking, jogging, swimming and cycling. Aerobic exercises should be done for longer periods of time. Aerobic exercises also motivate our body to secret growth hormones but at a slow rate. These aerobic and anaerobic exercises not only help to increase your height but also help you to be fit.
Along with the above said exercises you should take care of your diet also. Proper intake of amino acids, glucosamine and vitamins make your muscles strong and support the muscles to grow. Junk food is strictly prohibited. Junk food deprives your body of necessary elements like calcium, proteins and amino acids. This hinders the growth of your bones.
In countries like India people do Yoga to increase their height naturally. Indians inherited yoga from their ancestors. Through generations they have been doing yoga to keep them fit both physically and mentally. Now the western world also approved that by practicing yoga one can get taller naturally.

From this fact it is evident that if you stretch your body then your body also grows.
So best thing to do to get taller naturally is to do exercises and eat a balanced diet.
