Another similar exercise that you can do is called 'the bowl' and it also requires you to lie down on the floor, only this time you need to face the floor. You do the exercise by extending both your arms and legs before raising them simultaneously as high as your muscles will allow. Perform this exercise as many times as you want with an interval of 5 seconds each.


Another type of how to grow taller exercises that you can do wherever you are is called the 'super stretch' and for you to perform it, you need to stand on your two feet while reaching your hands to the sky as high as you can. It is also advisable that while you do this, you lean back a little until you feel that your lower spine has already been fully stretched.
