To maintain human being's growth and healthy development, we need seven kinds of nutriments, named: protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamin, mineral composition, water, dietary fiber and so on. These nutriments are what we must have to be applied for our growth. Different food has different kinds of nutriments and no one kind of food can afford us all kinds of nutriments that we need alone. So what we eat everyday must includes different kinds of food, thus we can get all nutriments we need everyday. For example, the fresh vegetable we buy are prepared for our cooking and going out. If we have eaten something that has rich oil for lunch, then we should eat something easier for dinner. We must arrange our food for each meal reasonably. We can not only receive nutrition complementary but also get all kinds of nutrition we need. This measure can also promote our body to achieve an acid-base balance and keep our metabolism in the best condition.
Eat as much carbohydrate with large amount of fibers as possible
The calories we take in everyday come mostly from carbohydrate, such as bread, noodles, rice, grain and potatoes. To absorb simple carbohydrate, you can drink some milk and fruit juice. Eating right amount of fruits is also very important for us. However, edible sugar and other sweetener are harmful for our health by providing us with large amount of calories that we needn't. For complex carbohydrate, we must pay attention to avoid eating only low-fiber carbohydrate, such as potatoes and grains for the carbohydrate in the food will changed into monosaccharide very quickly. To the opposite, we must eat the carbohydrate with large amount of fiber. The beans and whole wheat food are especially healthful to our health.
Eat more fruits and vegetables
The same as the above, we should eat more fruits and vegetables. We should eat five kinds of fruits and vegetables everyday to take in different kinds of nutrition. If you eat more fruits and vegetables, you will have less risk of getting heart diseases. I advise that you can put the vegetables where they can be noticed the most easily to remind yourself to eat more fruits. These fruits can be eaten as desserts which can make you get fat easily. Fruits can also promote our metabolism to keep us healthy.
Keep a balanced diet
If we do not eat breakfast, we will be hungry and rat more food than usual. So we must eat breakfast to make us absorb the nutrition more easily and release us from being hungry. A balanced diet asks us to set a balance between dietary nutrition and the needs of our body. Don't forget that if we eat lots of snacks, our heat will increase fast.
Exercise
If we absorb too much calories, we will become fat and over-weight very easily. Exercise can help us to reduce the extra calories. You will have a fitter body and free from small pains. So if you are free, you can have a walk or just run for a period of time to make you healthier. It is also a good habit to maintain no matter how old you are. By exercises, you can also live a longer life.
