You can also take the stairs instead of the elevator which is a good means to reduce weight. If you need to speak with a colleague drop by their office instead of talking to them via intercom.

When at home, perform more house chores or even intensify your movements in order to sweat off those calories, cholesterol and toxins build up. When running for errand try to use the bicycle instead of your car. In this manner you save up on gas and help the environment as well.
