, you need healthy diet and exercise patterns. But then you've been told by diet pill companies that you can lose weight with no work at all. Is that possible? Well, not with diet pills. But if you follow this you can lose weight and stay healthy without exercise.

The biggest reason that America is overweight today is not because we're all slothful. Granted, some people do just sit around all day, but that's not the main reason they are overweight.

The problem we have to focus on is that the food we are eating is extremely unhealthy! Our diets are so full of processed foods that it's a miracle that we're still alive. All this damage to our body typically shows itself as weight gain.

Processed foods contain a high amount of chemicals that your liver has to filter out. When all you're eating is processed foods, your liver is so overwhelmed that it has hardly any time to focus on filtering the nutrients and fat out of the food into our bodies.

This will make you tired all the time, with no energy to do the things you want to do. And it gets worse as we get older too. If you make an effort to cut processed food out of your diet, you'll make a huge swing in energy levels and weight loss.

If you give your body what it needs, and nothing else, it can work on fueling your body and getting down to a healthy weight, even if you're not exercising. But I bet when you do start eating better you'll want to stay active because you'll have so much energy.
