Recruiting is actually very simple. Most people make recruiting seem impossible. The truth is that all you have to do is connect with people and get them to watch a simple presentation. You can build your business the hard or easy way, it's up to you. The hard way is by begging your friends to watch your presentation and join your downline. Explaining every detail to prospects and spending hundreds of hours helping new team members. That is not the way the big boys do business. First of all, you can prospect friends and family. Prospecting your warm market is always a great way to start your business. After that, you need to generate leads. You can buy them, generate them online, drop business cards everywhere or even talk to random people on the street. Lead generation is out of the reach of this article so I won't say any more. So once you have a lead. You simply call him or her up; let's make it a him called Bob. So you call Bob up and you ask him how he's doing and if he's open to something new. If he says yes then ask him if he has 15 minutes. Then tell him to go watch your company presentation and that you will call him afterwards.
