How To Make Private Label Articles Unique!
Okay, if you're reading this article, odds are you're one of those people who
already subscribes to a Private Label Article provider. You get dozens, maybe
even hundreds, of articles every month to use as material for your website to
keep its content fresh and upbeat.
All well and good, but as you probaly already know, despite their convenience,
there is one major drawback to employing Private Label articles; the fact
that other people who subscribe to those same providers that you do are also
drawing on their materials for their websites. The situation now becomes one
where you have to ask yourself a question: How do I make my articles stand
out from any other sites out there that may be using the same articles? Here
are a few ways you can customize those Private Label Articles to fit your
website and keep it unique:
Reconstruction - there's an old adage that goes "It's not What you say, it's
How you say it". Reconstruction takes this philosophy into account. You can
take a pre-existing Private Label article with a subject matter that you find
appealing, then modify it by changing a few words here and there. Small
cosmetic changes can make a big difference; for example, changing a cold,
factually delivered article and inserting phrases or changing a few of it's
sentences to give it a more conversational tone can add warmth and
personalization to it.
Other options for reconstructing an article include modifying sentence and
paragraph construction, essentially keeping the kew words and sentences of
the article but changing the order in which the facts are presented. These
are just a few ways to make a Private Label article your own.
Added Links and Resources - with a little bit of effort and research, you can
locate other websites whose content will be related to the article you're
working on. Placing links to these sites in the Private Label article, with
inserted sentences explaining the reasons for those links, adds another
unique touch to your website. While from a certain standpoint, this actually
redirects the flow of internet traffic to other websites after your own, this
can actually be helpful for your site's reputation as well, since from the
standpoint of the people viewing your website, you come across as confident
in your site's credibility and are not afraid to pinpoint other sources of
information that they can also look into. It makes you look both generous and
helpful, and a reputation for these traits will keep traffic coming back to
your website as well.
PatchWork Fusion - this manner of editing Private Label articles is both easy
and hard, depending on how you look at it. If you receive a lot of articles
every month, you can make a seemingly completely new article by cobbling
together parts of one article and adding to it parts of another. This
approach is beneficient to readers as well, since they get even more
information from the compilation of several articles than they would normally
get from just one.
However, the only difficult part here is that each and every article ever
written by anyone has it's own unique feel to it; every writer has a certain
approach or delivers facts and statements in a fashion different from others.
So, when taking the fusion approach to mix and match articles, make sure that
the ones you select jive with each other not only in the flow of information,
but also that the manner in which the articles are delivered are equally
similar, to make the transition from one part to another seamless.
Rewrite an Original Piece - this is a last resort for you; if you're
employing Private Label articles to fill your website with information
already, then the odds are you either hate writing your own website content
or you don't have sufficient time to do so. But in the rare case that you
actually enjoy writing your own material (like I do), you can actually use
Private Label articles not so much as works to be remastered and published in
your website under your name, but rather as sources of information and ideas
from which you can draw inspiration to make your own articles.
The biggest advantage to this approach over the others given above is that,
since you're the one actually writing your website's contents, it will
DEFINITELY be unique, and people visiting your site will instinctively know
that the pieces written therein are your own creations, made lovingly and
with great care and attention to detail.
