Through faster development of high value-added and high-tech industry, continually increase their proportions in mechanical industry; Second, industrial deepening. It refers to the longitudinal deepening of processing degree and processing link within the industry; Third, a comprehensive upgrading.
(4) Establish a structure conducive to improve status of the international division
