How To Pick Up Women In Hungary
When trying to understand Hungarian women, it is important to consider the backdrop of their country
. Hungary is a country which lost 70% of its land after World War I; now being a small country bordered by 7 neighboring countries, with a unique, complicated languagequite unlike any other in the region. In this way its people are somewhat defensive, and considered to be outsiders with respect to their Slavic and Balkan neighbors, further suffering from small-country-syndrome. Their inferiority complex is displayed in the importance they attach to pride, status and getting one over you. Sometimes you get the feeling that they all think they are movie-stars. My buddy, Heiner, would at times seek to humiliate Hungarian women to bring them down to size, but I generally recommend building rapport with them by telling them how you like Hungary ( and what you specifically like about Hungary; maybe its the palinka (local brandy), Tokaji wine, Szent Kiraly mineral water, beautiful, local girls, low level of violence, thermal baths, great parties or local food). Hungarian women from the countryside are also very different compared to their Budapest counterparts; being much warmer. Many girls in Budapest have recently moved from the countryside, so ask them, Are you from Budapest? ( or, Are you originally from another town in Hungary?), and, How do you like Budapest?
Tip number 1: Build rapport with Hungarian women by discussing the things you like about their country.
Tip number 2. Never admit you are wrong, or be too polite, to avoid displaying weakness.
During the World War II, they switched sides from the Germans to the Russians back to the Germans again; symbolizing their wishy-washy nature, ever indulging in tragedy. This is reflected in the nature of Hungarian woman who are very non-committal and can change their mind very quickly (being somewhat unreliable); probably subconsciously seeking to mess things up when they are going well, in an effort to steer away from boredom (or normality). Sometimes they need a good ol argument to get their blood flowing.
Given the Hungarian peoples irresolute character, the general population as a result focuses on the short-term.
Tip number 3: Push as far as possible when you are with a Hungarian girl, as they may disappear the next day, or, in an effort to get them more connected to you.
Tip number 4: Use drama as a tool to create some spice with a Hungarian girl.
Invasions in the past by the Mongols and Turks have led to a very mixed ethnicity in Hungary. Not only are there many different looking Hungarian girls in terms of looks, but in terms of style as well. The main styles include the student, the career woman, the artsy girl and the bimbo. In terms of nationality background, there are Schwaben frulein (having German background), Jewish girls and gypsy lasses. These types of women are worth getting to know as they can be more open and friendly; being outsiders.
During the time of communism, Hungary still managed to push the boundaries somewhat; being located between the East and West. There were deals being made by the locals to beat, bend or push the system in their favor. This type of behavior is still widely prevalent today whereby the locals are masters of finding loopholes and ways around things as well as always being up for a good deal. Although, keep in mind, theyre the ones on the receiving end of a good deal; rather than being the ones who offer it. The sudden advent of capitalism after communism, meant that locals became obsessed with material things and living an affluent lifestyle; the women being no exception! A hoard of hot, Hungarian babes moved to Italy to work as table dancers to make some fast cash. The girls prefer you to have a car ( a good car) and live in a respectable district. One of my friends, Johannes, was out recently, and his good friend offered two girls at a disco money if they would sleep with him. They agreed, and Johanness friend got himself a threesome! Ive also heard of guys buying expensive gifts, like Gucci bags, for women who return these favors by sleeping with them.
Tip number 5: Appeal to the materialistic side of a Hungarian girl; flashing the cash!
Under communism, many neighbors would spy on one another, and, combined with the understanding that their fellow citizens were variable, formed a deep lack of trust towards each other. Knowing Hungarian girls were also distrustful, local men formed a counter-attack against foreign men who were stealing their women whereby they would sandbag these outsiders by telling the Hungarian women that these foreigners were really Hungarians pretending to be foreign.
Tip number 6: Carry some ID (or photocopy of your ID) to prove your nationality.
If you are overly nice and polite, it can make some Hungarians suspicious-due to their distrust-that you want something. Be further mindful of a local custom whereby the man must enter a bar, club or restaurant before his date, because they are in a sense checking if the place is okay for their partner to enter. Furthermore, many women will not be interested in meeting a random guy out in a club; they want to be introduced through friendsto have some reassurance that the guy is okay. In these cases, try to socialize with a targets male and female friends first, thus going in through the back-door.
Many local guys have a tendency to hit on women who are being chatted up by other guys, but do not have the courage to go up to women that havent been yet targeted by others. Make sure you have tactics at your disposal to counter them if they are interfering with your set. Specific countermeasures are discussed on CD 2 of the Zero-In Code.
Tip number 7: Be ready for those local flies that swarm in to try and steal away your target.
The outlook on life by locals is fairly simplistic and traditional; embracing their time living as nomads in the barren fields. This means that they are primarily focused on basic needs such as sex, money, food, drink (alcohol), cigarettes, and for the new rich Hungarian, it is principally status which is more important. They further love using the word, sszinte, which means being honest. However, they idealize the concept to an extreme which is in conflict to a basic level of respect; criticizing people about things they cant change ( like a feature of their looks) and things based on personal taste. Regularly use this word, honest, in your vocabulary when speaking to a Hungarian! (For example, I have to be honest, ). In sticking to the basic theme, the humor tends to be relatively slapstick. Be careful of using more advanced forms of humor like sarcasm, as there will be misunderstandings created as they treat you seriously. Additionally, self-depreciating humor may make you look weak.
Tip number 8: Be simpler in your approach to a Hungarian girl. For example, create an easy-to-understand job title (like working in a bank) and use a basic level of humor.
Now, in terms of religion and spirituality, only 44% of Hungarians were found (in a recent survey) to believe in a God ( the majority of the population is classed as Catholic, by-the-way), whilst 31% believe in some sort of spirit or life force. In some sense, there is a kind of moral distortion present. Thus, it is no surprise to see so many girls with boyfriends messing around on the side. So, dont be deterred by a local woman if she tells you she has a partner. Furthermore, on the subject of spirituality, there is a massing group of women who are getting into this as well as alternative lifestyles. Make sure you can ramble some spiel on these areas to build rapport.
Tip number 9: Dont be scared off by girls who have boyfriends.
Finally, like many East European countries, many girls may not treat you seriously if you are only passing through. You can either hold your frame (hoping to find some girl up for a quick lay), or lie about your residency status. Alternatively, you could plan to visit for longer periods.
