If they have broke it off with you, the absolute best thing you can do is to avoid contact with them for at least a month. This one will take some discipline on your part, however, you have to do it if you want them back, you have no other choice. It would also be wise on your part to avoid contact with their family and friends as well. Your job is to remain cool as a cucumber. You can do it! The purpose of no contact is to allow you and your ex time to figure out why you broke up to start with, a cool down period. If you do not understand why you broke up, getting back together will never work. It also gives them time to miss you, it makes them wonder what you have been up to. You will start to look attractive in their eyes again.
