2. Make Use Of Forums

One of the main reasons forums exist is for website promotion. While they are a great place to interact with those who have like interests, they're also a popular place for many to promote their sites and products. Find a few in your niche, and interact daily.

3. Press Releases

Press releases are probably the most underused free website promotion tool on the internet. The reason is that many people are scared of them. It sounds like some complicated process that might be difficult to understand. The fact is, it's nothing more than a keyword rich article. It's not much different than submitting articles to article directories. The major difference is that it needs to contain more ad copy than a regular article. There are many free services that are just as good as premium ones.

4. Interact With Other Webmasters

Chances are other webmasters with similar sites are in the same boat as you. They are looking for sites to exchange links with just like you are.
