It is a reality that a successful women over powered men. Especially when the position of that women in their company is higher than that men. Mostly, men are afraid of this kind of women because they will definitely think that they are under in their power in most situations. But not all women are having that attitude; they still normal and needs love and care by men.
I have my friend that is a branch manager in a certain bank. She had some suitors but unfortunately did not like any of them. There are some who bears good quality and had intentions on her but very much afraid of rejection from her because of her high position in the bank. She is always asking me the same question that when will she meet her man in shining armor? She is getting jealous to those women who have wonderful relationship and promise not to be so much picky. Because she is not getting younger anymore. She acts normal and be in level with those ordinary co-worker but still she felt that distance from them. She will act strong and powerful only in work time just to make her subordinate respect her and in outside she really act as a friend to everyone. She is a truly friend of mine and I can say that she will just the same with us who inspiring to have a wonderful and happy relationship. Some of my friends are making ways to have her a date, giving her a phone number of a certain guy but she refused it because she is afraid in that kind of introduction. She said that she will just wait for the right guy to come. Because she believe that God will give her the right guy that really for her not for anyone but for her only. I have no idea on how to help her but I can assure her to help her grant her wish through prayers.
We cannot help her in a certain way but just giving her a piece of advice will make her strong enough to face all the challenges in life and awaits her prayer to be grant. May be this is just a test to her on how strong she will face it and after that great surprise awaits her. I'm sure there will be a guy who really wants to know her more and have self confidence to get close with my friend. All she wants is a loving and caring men who will make her significant above all things.
Having a higher position in a company is not the reason why women intimidate men. Its just the results of a hard working attitude she shown to the boss that is why she get promoted. Both of us inspire to become promoted on every field of work we are working. But I really admit that there are women who taking advantage in their position. They also think that they are not in level anymore to a lower classes that is why they also choosing partner in life that is more higher than them or just become in level to them.
