Connect to the internet and open up your web browser.
If you are just starting out with a Facebook account you will see an add a profile picture as soon as you log on.
You will have the choice to upload a picture from your computer or you will have the choice to take a picture with your webcam.
Click which one that you would like to do.
If choosing upload photo, click the browse button and go thru your images on your computer and choose the one that you want to use.
If using the webcam feature, click on the button and wait for Facebook to connect with your webcam. You can then take your picture there.
If you already have a profile picture on Facebook but you want to change it, simply go to where you see your picture on the screen.
Hover your mouse and you will see change or edit picture. Click on this and you will be allowed to either upload a new picture or upload from your webcam.
