Eating late also slows your metabolism because with the minimum amount of calories burned while your sleeping causes you to wake up the following morning not hungry for breakfast.
Now your metabolism is off to a slow start and you won't eat until lunchtime or after and you'll probably over eat because you haven't eaten since the night before. As a result you eat a late dinner and the cycle repeats. This practice is common among overweight people.
5. Increase your interval training to burn fat.
Short intense interval training workouts burn fat more effectively than long cardio workouts. Research shows that people who do 30 minutes of intense interval training burn more fat than those doing just one 60 minute session of cardio.
