Massland start by researching on the council website and look for sites that are currently zoned Commercial or Business Uses'. They often target run down residential homes that are directly (sharing a common boundary) next to current shopping malls, shops, service stations, retail shops, suburban shopping malls and supermarkets.
Sites need to have good road exposure. The busier the road the better! Corner sites that have exposure to two main roads are ideal. The more people that see, drive or walk past the site, the more appealing it will be.
A Massland Graduate found this deal. It was some old tennis courts sandwiches between a gymnasium and veterinary surgery. The graduate worked closely in a joint Venture with Massland and they successful got a Development Approval for a Bulky Goods area just over 3000m2.
