Progressive Overload

The only reason you will fail is if you are not constantly overloading your bicep muscles. You need to progressively overload your bicep muscles to get it bigger. The main reason some people get stuck with the same muscle size is because they are not applying this principle. So from next workout onwards you have to gradually increase the weight you are lifting with your biceps. So keep a track of your workouts and try to increase more weights or perform one more rep on next workout. That is the only way to break the plateau and keeps your bicep muscles growing.

Train to Failure


The next important tip is, work to positive failure. This is another trick most bodybuilders use to get bigger biceps.Do every exercise till you cannot do one more rep or your last rep should be unfinishable.For advanced trainers I recommend using forced reps, partial reps and supersets.

Another major benefit is that, you will not get bored with the same workouts and motivates you to keep moving stronger.

Do not try these tips for three weeks and then say, "It's not working..." and jump to another program. It will not lead you to any where. You have to be consistent to see real results.
