How to Get Discount Greens Fees at North Carolina Golf Courses All Year Long

How often, especially in this economic slowdown, have you wanted to play more golf, but can't justify paying the full price for greens fees? With the state the economy is in most people feel the need to eliminate certain luxuries from their budget, like playing golf for example. In fact I would bet that for a lot of people golf was the first thing to go when it came time to cut expenses, but why should you let the economy limit you on the things you enjoy doing? You love golf, so get out there and play. There are so many quality North Carolina golf courses you should be experiencing. Last year a good friend of mine introduced me to a pretty unique product that is sure to ease some of the financial guilt you may carry each time you go out and play a round of golf.

This product I speak of is called the Carolina Links Card and it has opened up Carolina golf to me in a whole new way. The idea behind the card is very simple. Someone who loves golf purchases the card. They then go to the Links Card website where they can browse the numerous North Carolina golf courses that are available to play. The last time I checked I believe they had about 60 golf courses in the Carolinas available to play with excellent discounted rounds at each of them. They are always adding new courses for their members, so it's worth checking out to see if they've added more. Each North Carolina golf course is given its own profile page with course information such as address, phone number, website, and photos of the course. This is also where you find out what type of discounted rounds are available, how many rounds you can play, and when you can play. The majority of the courses offer unlimited play all year long, but there are a few courses that limit it to 4 to 6 rounds a year.

The Links Card website is set up nicely and is very user friendly. They make it very easy to surf through the available courses and they organize it by different North Carolina regions and areas. The discounts vary, so it's worth checking out all the courses. All the provided discounts are solid, but some are much better than others. At some courses you will see discounts of $20 off each round and some just $5 or $10 off each round. Some courses also offer discounts at their pro shop, which I thought was a nice touch and all discounts include the price of a cart rental, which I like as well.

The Carolina Links card, in my opinion, is a great value. They offer a very nice selection of courses and as I mentioned they are always adding new ones. The two things I love most about this product are first of course the discounts. Each discounted round of golf was personally negotiated with the course ensuring that you are getting the best possible discount at that course and you are getting an exclusive discount that is not displayed anywhere else. You can tell the creators of the Links Card put in the time to create a quality product that golfers would love. The second thing I love is the time it saves me. The Links Card saves me the time of scouring the internet for the best discounted rounds. I used to search the internet looking for great deals on golf and I would be bombarded with information and I would never know if I was getting the best deal. Instead of just advertising the best deals on golf, The Links Card went out and created the best deals on golf.

All in all I think The Carolina Links Card is a product worth trying out. If you're looking for the opportunity to experience all that North Carolina golf has to offer this is a simple and most importantly, an affordable way to do so.
