2) You need to be comfortable in approaching a woman and then leading the interaction with her.

There ain't no way to get around this, you need to approach a woamn if you want to be able to get her into your bedroom. The approach is about the number one sticking point that most men have to deal with, and if you can't do that... you are not going to end up in bed with her, right?

3) She needs to feel like her reputation is going to be safe with you.

Women are very conscious of their reputation, most notably when it has to deal with their sex life. If you want to be able to get a woman into bed with you, then you need to make her feel safe so that she knows that she is not risking spending the night with a guy who is going to go and run his mouth and damage her reputation in any way.
