You don't want to make the common mistakes like exploding their phone with calls and texts, immediately giving them flowers, or dropping $300 on a diamond bracelet to try and buy your way back into their arms. You just need a way of letting your ex know that you want to get back together or that you want to talk about the break up and why it happened.

Whether you get your message to your ex by using their friends, family members or to your ex directly, just let them know how you feel. A good friend will tell your ex your message, they may even help you get your ex to meet you to talk about the break up.

The next thing you should do is meet with your ex and talk about the the problems that were in the relationships that caused it to sink. If you both can talk and identify those problems, then you both should begin making compromises and commitments to fix those problems so you can both start over.

We normally only get one chance when we get an ex back, and with that in mind, we gotta make the new start count. Make the relationship different than it was before by doing things that surprise your ex.
