The fact that we produce over 300,000 graduates annually is certainly not helping matter. The fact remains that there is no room for employment been created. The few available jobs are up for grabs from so many others like you.

Going for job interviews these days is becoming a warfront. Since many companies are not recruiting, the few ones doing so are besieged by thousands of Nigeria applicants looking for jobs just like you. How are the qualified prospects drawn? Open a Blog and start making positive' posts about the company you want to work for. When you have made enough posts and generate traffic, you can send them the link.

There are experts that can take a look at your CV/Resume and give you tips on how to improve it to catch the attention of the people you want to work for.

Never ever sound desperate. They may see you as a person who just wants a job. Make them beg by packaging your CV as a proposal. After all that is what it is, the fact that you can help them get better.

Do a random research on their competitor and see how they can over the challenge. This will become your unique selling proposition.

No matter the millions that are jostling for the same job, by working a little harder and smarter, you can land that dream job soon.
