An affiliate can be described as someone who refers clients or web visitors to a service or product

It is an affiliate program run by eBay that provides affiliates with an opportunity to make money online by referring their clients to any product advertised on eBay. Affiliates earn a commission of the money eBay makes from each referral. The eBay Partner Network initially run through the Commission Junction.
The money you make from eBay is through two major ways. One, if your referral signs up as a new eBay member, you will earn a sign-up bonus-on the other hand, if the referral visits eBay and makes a purchase, you as the affiliate receives a percentage of the total amount collected from the item. Note that each time your referral visits eBay and makes a purchase you will earn something. The amount of commission earned varies by program but will be circa 405 for new affiliates.

The other thing that you should know about ePN is that it has two payment options, through a Direct Deposit to your personal bank account or through PayPal. It therefore goes without saying that you must have at least one of these two methods in order to join the ePN. Commissions are always disbursed monthly.
To become an ePN affiliate, you should:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the checking or PayPal account
- Have a valid email address
- Have a place to post the widgets and affiliate links i.e. a blog, website etc
As mentioned above, ePN endeavors to uphold its honesty and moral perception hence there are places where you cannot use the widgets or affiliate links. These places are environments that encourage or promote:-

- Violence
