He must see it with his eyes and feel in his heart that you are the woman he wants to spend his life with. For him, its not logic its a feeling. Create some fun and exciting memories between you before you confess your soul. Work on establishing an environment that allows open honest communication between you so that you can tell him what you feel without scaring him away. The fun times will allow him to see that life is more exciting with you. The easy conversations will allow you to discuss your emotions with him and enable him to express his thoughts with you. To sum things up, dont go into full-blown confession before you have established a level of communication that makes you both comfortable. Have fun with your relationship and give him some memories that will keep you on his mind. Lay your groundwork first then express your emotions and listen carefully as he confesses his own.
