But this stress is impossible to compare with the delight and feeling of happiness after passing the set of exams that seems to be the most difficult and unbearable time in life. Everybody has his/her own ways of passing exams. In this article you will find some useful pieces of advice how to pass exams and cope with the stress. Prepare yourself very carefully. It concerns both studying of the material needed and your personal state. The night before the exam, try to sleep well in order to be in good condition. Eat more and drink herbal teas, they will help you to calm yourself down. Revise material proportionally. It means that in the course of preparation try to divide your material proportionally and revise it part by part. In this case the type of your memory arises. If you have long-term memory, it is better to study and revise material through the semester, in case of your short-term memory, it is advisable to start learning the material before the exam in order to keep all the information in mind. When you are at the exam, prepare all the necessary materials such as pens and papers in advance, thus you will have more time for preparation of your answer and making necessary notes. After picking up a paper with the set of questions try to divide time proportionally in order to have enough time for every question. Start preparation with the simplest question to your mind, it will give you the opportunity to think more over complicated ones. Make necessary notes and if you have time try revising your answer with and without these notes. Finally, during the answer itself try to behave calmly and do not show your hesitation and nervousness. The more you are sure in your success the more chances you have to pass it successfully.
