The best possible domain name is always your keyword phrase alone followed by .com. However, in many cases that domain will already be taken. If you can get the .net domain with just your keyword phrase, that is a good alternative. If not, stick with a .com domain and add another word to your keyword phrase, such as "best" or "greatest."

Now build your site using WordPress. Pick a nice-looking theme, preferably one that is Adsense-ready. Write or buy at least five articles that focus on your keyword phrase. These should all be original articles, not rewrites. Make sure you use categories and add tags to your posts. This will automatically cause more pages to be generated, increasing your site's chances of getting ranked in the search engines.

At this point, your site is finished and you can start trying to sell it. There are many websites that will allow you to sell websites, either for a set price or in an auction format. While you are waiting for your website to sell, you can either work on building backlinks to increase the traffic so that you might be able to get more money for the site, or you can start working on another site to sell.
