If you're a landlord and you are having a hard time dealing with your abusive tenants, if you think that your tenants are taking advantage of your leniency, then you should know and fight for your rights. Here are the tips on how to deal with them: First is, you must understand the agreements that you have. Provide 2 copies for both of you and understand fully the agreement to see if they are violated what both of you agreed upon. If you are finding a hard time understanding legal terms, what you should do is, hire an attorney as a legal adviser and have them explain to you everything that you should understand and the right things to do. They'll help you in every legal aspect of this business. When you suspect your tenant in doing illegal works in your premises, you have the right to inspect the premises, this can be under emergency investigations so this is not counted as interfering their privacy. If you have proven that they really are doing illegal stuff in your premises, you have the right to kick them out of your place or evict them immediately. You can also call authorities to help you do so. If your tenant doesn't pay on time, you have the right to give them notice to pay within the grace period. Remember that tenants are entitled to have grace periods in paying their rent. But if within the grace period that you gave them they've not paid you yet still? You have the right to evict them and give them notice of eviction. Remember that it is their obligation to pay you the rent on time. If your tenant is doing activities that are causing damages to your property, you have the right to give them letter that states that they must stop doing the said activity and make them pay for the existing damages. If they continuously does this activity, then you'll have the right to give them eviction letter. If your tenant is having more people inside the premises than what was signed in the agreement, then you have the right to question them about this and see if these are just visiting people. But when you've proven that these people lives in the property, then you have the right to give them letter of eviction and not give them their deposit. About the Author:
