Today's life span has decreased in human beings leading to short span of life. This is mainly because of artificial food items or stress in life or advanced technology. This made human beings more laziness in their activities.Moreoften; people prefer vehicles than walking even for short distance.
Early days, people use to walk miles from one place to another. They ate fruits and vegetable which are available naturally in nature.Nowadays, you find some genetic foods and vegetable which are harmful for human beings. In today's world nobody likes working with their hands or legs they just use robotic machine to get their work done. In today's generation every person uses cosmetics for their beauty which contain harmful chemical substance that results in death of the skin. Then how to keep your body fit in this twenty first century
Food - Eat food which contains lot of proteins and vitamins which are available plenty in fruits and vegetables. Drink coconut water which is a natural cold drink in the nature. Never take any artificial drinks or foods which are available in the market since those contains harmful chemical that affect your health.
Exercise Always prefer some time in doing exercise that keeps your body updated. Cycling is also an exercise that keeps your leg fit. Never lift any unwanted items which are heavy. Jogging is also an important exercise that keeps your mind fresh and wealthy. Never do any exercise purposely that makes you tired.
Quit Bad Habits Now a days, students are prone to many diseases due to bad habits like smoking, chewing tobacco, having liquors etc.These type of habits lead to early death of life or spoiling life career.
Lastly, people should be active doing some body related activities like jogging, yoga, cycling, laughing and thinking always positive that makes your mind relief from stress and make you cool. Avoid living with family when you grow older. Start learning everything without the help of your family. Avoid living with strangers or who have bad habits in them. Check your weakness and try to overcome it.
