This remedy can be easily prepared at home and works wonder on some skin types. All you need to do is to mix same amount of dishwashing liquid and baking soda. Now use this mixture on the stained skin area with a damp cloth. It would be better to use a dishwashing liquid which has lemon extracts. After applying the mixture on the skin, rub it and then rinse it off. You would find that the dye stain have been removed in no time.

Toothpaste wonders

Toothpaste can be used in cleaning other surfaces than teeth. You can easily remove dye from you skin with the help of toothpaste. This is a wonderful remedy which works on some skin type. You can remove stains from face, neck, hands and ears with the help of toothpaste. This is the cheapest and the most available remedy for removing stains from skin.

If you do not get the desired results form any of the above mentioned method then you should try the hair dye removers which are available in the market. You can get these dye removers at several departmental stores and salons. Do not forget to follow the using instructions which are given with the hair dye remover kit. This would help you in using it safely and in achieving good results.

Prevention is better than cure

Hair dye can be easily removed from oily skin in comparison to dry skin. You may apply a fine layer of baby oil, conditioner or petroleum jelly around the hairline. This may also be applied on ears and neck to avoid stains. This would help you in removing the hair dye easily in case of any stains. It would be better to use precautionary measures so that you may remove the color easily.
