As the job market remains uncertain, more and more people are trying to find an alternate source of income. Multi Level Marketing and Affiliate Marketing is an area that many people consider. In multi-level marketing, the strength is in the residuals. The weekly bonuses are nice but that does not make you financially comfortable - residual income does. How do you earn residual income? When your downlines, that is people that you bring in the business, when they start bringing in new members and so on.
It's a lot easier to learn yourself but not so easy to teach others. Unless you teach your downlines how to replicate your success, you won't go very far. Your downlines in turn have to learn and then teach their downlines.
Very soon, you'll find that the bulk of your time is spent on training others leaving you very little time if any for marketing.
A better alternative is to join a team that already has a system in place. You focus on using the system not on inventing it. As your experience grows, you can add more to it. The people that you bring in also join the system, they do what the system advises them to do. They follow the same steps you did. You don't have to teach them. Tutorials, videos, webinars - they are already in place. It's like having a McDonald's franchise versus opening your own restaurant. It is easier to succeed if you join an already in place functional and successful system than re-inventing it all yourself.
