Keeping in view rising cost of Production and Plant Economy for PAR BOILED RICE PLANTS, SHANTI has designed Agro Waste Fuel feed system through TOP FEED Spreader Burner for even rate of feeding for complete combustion. Agro-Waste is conveyed from hopper through mechanical conveyer to Spreader Burner, supported by forced draft to fecilitate complete combustion. Available heat is suitably balanced through heat transfer area to achieve optimum efficiency from Boiler. SHANTI has AUTOMATIC FEED WATER SYSTEM to ensure desired water for better and trouble free performance.

RANGE:

SHANTI Agro - Waste Fired Boilers are available in a wide range from 500 kgs / hr to 8000 kgs/hr (higher capacity also available on request). Working Pressure ranging from 100 PSI to 250 PSI (higher pressure also available on special request).

SALIENT FEATURES:

* Bigger diameter tubes ensure smooth passage of flue gases and prevent choking / clinkering at the tube ends. Further, it makes cleaning easy.

* Hinged cleaning doors are provided at front and rear ends of the boilers. These doors give easy access for inspection, cleaning and replacement of tubes.

* The boiler is supported on steel chairs and therefore requires no additional support at site.

* The boiler shell is insulated externally with Mineral, Glass Wool and further protected by Aluminium Sheet cover to minimise radiation losses and is elegantly painted. The boiler works on balanced draught & is simple to operate with minimum maintenance.

SHANTI External Furnace Boilers are manufactured as per latest design to impart higher thermal and combustion efficiency. External Furnace is provided considering multi fuel concept with suitable grate area and furnace for optimum efficiency. External furnace design facilitates use of multi fuel such as Coal, Wood, Baggasse, Lignite, Ground Nut Shell, Rice Husk, Cashew Waste etc.,

CONSTRUCTION:

SHANTI Agro Waste Fired Boilers are manufactured out of best boiler quality plate with high tensile strength. Plates are pre-cut to close tolerance on a fully automatic flame cutting machine prior to entering production line. Welded joints are subjected to DP test / radiography to ensure class welding. Besides each SHANTI Boiler has to pass through rigid quality control tests in

compliance to the most stringent standards in accordance with best international boiler making practice.

DESIGN:

Each SHANTI Boiler is designed and manufactured in accordance to IBR / ISO code with latest developments. Pitch, Size and Staggered tube arrangements impart maximum heat transfer ensuring optimum efficiency and low fuel consumption.
