My fingers flip through my potions seeking a powerful healing ale.
I fashion my potions for ill, for love or for death.
Folks think I'm nice butwonder under their breath.
Soups, lotions, brews or paste
I make them all usingbits and pieces from my place.
I pickle, crush or lay out to dry
My cauldron burns bright and high.
I gather old bottles folks discard
Piles of bones decorate my yard.
My herbs bloom and grow with blessings from me.
Till ready for the mortal and pestle's grinding spree.
I cut pretty ribbons of red and blue
To wrap my gifts of magic made just for you.
A little drop here and a little rub there
My potions with you I will gladly share.
Listen and take just the amount I shall say.
Then I will jump on my broomstick and fly away.
I'm a wicked witch but no one seems to tell.
I live here on earth but my home is in hell.
Many people think witches are ugly women who ride on broomsticks. This is not true at all. In fact you might sit beside one in your church. You might have one living beside of you as a nice neighbor. Witches rarely are mean, ugly people. Some keep their real self covered so no one can really tell that they are indeed a witch. They blend in well with a crowd so no one can tell they are evil or wicked. Some witches get involved in witchcraft and satanism merely by wanting to be accepted by the crowd. Satan's crowd will generously accept anyone so it is easy to get involved innocently. I have talked to many witches, some were simply women who needed a friend. Others were deeply involved in witchcraft for money. Regardless of the reason we must know that God hates witchcraft. Witches are not of God and will burn in hell if they do not stop and turn their lives around. Prayer is a very powerful tool and we must use it to break the power of evil over these lives. God hates the sin but loves the sinner. Our job is to preach the Word of God in season and out of season to everyone. Are you doing your job?
