Michelle Schulz, has extensive experience in international trade law, including both export and import law. She has assisted U.S. and foreign companies with a variety of Customs and international trade matters such as compliance programs, ITAR and EAR licensing, commodity jurisdiction, classification, country sanctions, voluntary and directed disclosures, export investigations, technology transfers, C-TPAT, foreign-trade zones, and fines, penalties, and forfeitures. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. Court of International Trade. In 2010 Michelle was named a "Rising Star" in International Law by Texas Monthly and Texas Superlawyers Magazines.
