Dumbbells: So many types of dumbbells exist in todays online and retail stores. Some dumbbells will just be a plastic case full or sand or a rod that you have to buy add-ons separately and then there are some that have integrated measurements of varying weights. you'll want to have 10-pound, 15-pound, 25-pound and 45-pound dumbbells, whichever set you choose.
