1. Organize PTA/PTO Meetings

In here, be sure that you inform your members of the date of the meeting, weeks before its actual date so that you can ensure that they will be able to attend. You can do so by contacting each one of them through phone calls. In addition to this, you can also try printing out handouts, which will be handed over to the members. This will serve as a guide for them as to what will be discussed during the meeting.

Ask the other members of your school faculty to remind persons that they might have contacts with that you will be carrying out a fundraising event soon.
