Importance Of Office Design From Employer And Employee Point Of View

Most of the person like you and me spend minimum one third of the day in our office

. For some of us it is like home away from home. Because of that much time that one person spends in office, there is necessity for designing the office in a proper way. A well designed not only makes it look better and attractive but also help in increasing productivity and efficiency of its employees.

Many people think of office design as a waste of money and time. But, they are wrong and you will see why.

From the Employer's Point of View:-

1):- Every employer wants that his/her employees give their maximum output. But, how it is possible when employees have to work in a congested, uninspiring and dull space. A employee spent his/her minimum nine hours on a working day in a office and if he/she has to work in a space like that then his/her morality, efficiency and output decreases and this is not a good sign for the business . Because of this reason large companies spend a lot of money on office design. Smaller companies must also spend some of their money on design and they can see the affects of it on their employees.

Because of this, your office must be look good as how you maintain your office reflects your business volume and your professional attitude. A proper, maintained and stylish office can help you in creating a good impression on your clients which, in turns, helps you in gaining profitable deals.

Because , if you design your office in a proper way then your employee always feel happy and active whenever they come to the office this in turn attracts other persons also . It is known that offices use a lot of electricity to maintain temperature and other facilities. This increases heat level in its surrounding atmosphere. Proper designed office implement various natural methods for maintain the temperature. These offices uses plants in their space, this helps in maintain a fresh feel in office. These methods and many other lower the electricity (helps the owner) need and helps in lowering the release of heat in the environment. This helps in maintain a good atmosphere around the offices.
