The Florida CLE courses that are provided by the state Bar are the result of the

efforts of both the state Bar s CLE Committee and the Sections of the Florida Bar, and it is the Bar that is responsible for the coordination of the program, which is called Professional Development.

The calendar of events and seminar presentations is updated every month and is something that every professional may want to check out regularly. It contains listings of both video presentations and live presentations, which can be attended in all of the major cities of the state including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Pensacola and Tallahassee. There are many different Bar staff liasons who are available to help if you have any questions about seminar presentations, registrations, credit hours, or anything else. The Florida CLE is regulated by the Continuing Legal Education Committee, which helps members of the Bar in completing their continuing legal education requirements and also facilitates the production and delivery of programs. These programs and publications are designed for the benefit of Bar members in the program, and is coordinated with the Sections, Committees and Staff of the Bar and anyone else who participates in the programs. There are many convenient options available for busy professionals that are fast, easy and convenient that many attorneys may not even know about.

What many professionals may or may not know is the fact that just about every live presentation and seminar of the state Bar is either put on audio tape or video tape for Florida CLE professionals, and most of the courses are accompanied by a course book too for reference and convenience. These all can be ordered in addition to or in lieu of a professional attending these seminars. The Florida CLE credit hours can be earned by listening to the audio tape or by viewing the video tape, which is incredibly convenient for professionals. However, if this is something you might be interested in you should know that credit hours cannot be earned just from ordering the book. You must order the tapes, either audio or video for your Florida CLE credits to be earned.
