In Bible versus Quran: Jehovah sent Fiery Burning Serpents to kill many people

The Fiery Serpent versus the bronze snake

The Fiery Serpent = death

The bronze snake = life

The people (the Israelites) speak against Jehovah, and against Moses,

`Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in a wilderness?

For there is no bread, and there is no water,

And our soul hath been weary of this light bread.'

And Jehovah sent among the people the burning fiery serpents, and they bite the people, and much people of Israel die;

Then the people come in unto Moses and say,

`We have sinned, for we have spoken against Jehovah, and against you;

Pray unto Jehovah that he take away the serpents from us;'

And Moses prayed in behalf of the people.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a standard:

And it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he sees it, shall live.

And Moses made a serpent of brass, and set it upon the standard: and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he looked unto the serpent of brass, he lived.

On the other hand, this story is not mentioned therein in the entire Quran although the Israelites were almost always complaining of their entire Prophets from Moses up to Jesus; and Allah Punished them in the life of this world and He will punish them in the Hereafter.

5 they spoke against God and against Moses, and said, "Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the desert? There is no bread! There is no water! And we detest this miserable food!"

6 Then the LORD sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died.

7 The people came to Moses and said, "We sinned when we spoke against the LORD and against you. Pray that the LORD will take the snakes away from us." So Moses prayed for the people.

8 The LORD said to Moses, "Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live."

9 So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, he lived.
