I was having a customer who had problems in spending leisure time with his family

. He felt it very hard to give a break to his schedule though he was ready to.

So far he has not been with his family and kids in any of the vacations. Everything has been missed by him. He was really interested in knowing how the kids react to things and how does it make him being with them.

The issue began from the routines that had to be done a Gratitude Diary. This showed many negative outcomes on his work. It on the other side also had positive effects. He decided to do it for a time span of six months.

The job they took up to do was to write down certain aspects that they had done for a day which made them delighted. When they wanted to share this they can do it at the end of the semester.


They carried out the project at all the nights of a week and it was the topic of the day. Many showed interest in it and shared it as talks for dinner and even messaged it to the ones who wanted it.

They noted drastic changes in their children and found that they were really behaving like grownups. This was after the kids had taken up the project.

An alteration in the stressful levels have been the effect of this program and has successfully changed the lives of all those who have worked on this assignment.

The outcome of the task that was taken up was lowered stress and tension. There was also healthy weight loss and good sleep.

Having thoughts about what are right and neglecting the bad side of people and relationships will help in a peaceful sleep.

If one has started to think about the negative side of life then the person will be prone to problems like stress and that will in turn lead to issues like high blood pressure and weight gain with sleeplessness.

Chronic headaches, insomnia and taut neck muscles are the results of stressors. This in turn spoils the mental happiness and peace.

I may not also feel it easy to do three tasks that have made me feel the sense of thanking. Once it is perfectly done then the success is on the way.

Writing the Gratitude Diary for two months will help you in achieving the mental peace and provide lot of happiness. The only thing to do is to find the right things rather than doing the wrong.
