To err is human to forgive divine. Unfortunately in practicality it does not work as said. When you commit your son to bring an important book in the evening and you make a mistake, this is really bad. Nonetheless, most of us have this problem of making mistakes; the different is only in numbers.
Please go through and try to follow seven magical points.
1. To note down is the best habit
Forgetting very small things like to call back somebody, to bring anything for your son, to return a paper to your lawyer, these are quite a common problem that most of the man face day to day. Being a busy person you can also make such mistakes and later the only option, to abuse yourself. However mistake with any important point may have a serious effect. So keep a small note book in your pocket and whatever such things just note it down.
2. Check your notes 3 times a day
As you have now started keeping note of your appointment or any program, there are two important things that you have to follow otherwise keeping of the notebook will be useless for you. The first one is to going on updating the programs and check three times in the morning, in afternoon and at the night. When you check make a x sign if it is done or remark as you have the output. At night make a final checking if anything is left.
3. Mind repeatedly
You can have a repeating of the work in your mind. It is also a good practice. Repeating something in mind is nothing but to keep it stored in your brain in a better way.
4. Deep breathing is a very good practice.
Even a serious mistake can happen if you are under a mental stress while stress is not an issue today even your little son is also taking some stress. So what is important, you should have the proper weapon to combat stress. Have a deep breathing two times, if not possible definitely at the night before going to bed for ten minutes. It is very effective to keep you stress less.
5. Drink enough water
Drinking of a good amount of water keeps us out of many problems. Dehydration makes you to feel uneasy and uncomfortable. These inputs will help you to increase your memory.
6. Feed yourself in time
Feed yourself in time and in adequate quantity. You might be very busy in work but remember when your body does not support you; it disturbs your brain too. So a proper nourishment of your brain and body is highly important. Make a good food habit. Take protein and carbohydrate rich food. Fruit juice will boost you up with extra juice to your brain.
7. Some extra habits
Have some free hands or light exercises to keep mind and body intact with freshness and full energy. In some particular things, say someones name which is very hard to remember, imagining some other easier word of object can work like a clue to remember his name. This works very nice. Finally try to avoid toxic items as far as possible. All toxic items make an adverse effect on your brain.
