Indianapolis Colts Tickets - Colts Loaded With Offensive Weapons

The New Orleans Saints might be the reigning Super Bowl champions

, but if I had to pick one team to win it all in 2010, it would be the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have consistently been one of the best teams in the NFL for a while now and are annually in the running for the AFC title and beyond. One reason for the Colts' consistency has been their offense, led by four-time MVP quarterback Peyton Manning. One could argue that Manning has more weapons at his disposal in 2010 than any previous year of his career, which could make for a banner year in Indy.

People buy Indianapolis Colts tickets to see Peyton Manning. 10 years from now, Manning will be the player that is best remembered from his era. Fans tend to forget just how great he is because he puts up huge numbers every single season, but when people look back on Manning's career, he's going to be in the discussion for the best football player that ever lived. Manning makes every offensive player on his team better with his meticulous nature, attention to detail and overall talent.

Manning could have the best and deepest group of receivers that he's ever had right now. It's hard to top the trio of Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne and Brandon Stokely that helped Manning throw 49 touchdowns in 2004, but the depth of this year's receiving corps could trump that group. Wayne is the only wideout holdover from that 2004 team but has developed into a legitimate number one receiver since then. Harrison passed Wayne the torch as Peyton Manning's number one as Harrison's career wound down and Wayne has taken that title and ran with it. Wayne doesn't have blazing speed, but he's a great route runner, a hard worker and has fantastic hands. He and Manning have great chemistry and he's a steadying force in this passing game.

Number two wideout Pierre Garcon came out of nowhere last season to have a solid 2009 campaign and some big performances in the postseason. Garcon comes in the 2010 season with lofty expectations and could be the next great Colts receiver in time. Austin Collie was another wideout to emerge from relative obscurity to play a big role on last year's team. He's not going to be a star, but he proved to be a reliable target that Manning can trust. The forgotten man in Indy, though, is Anthony Gonzalez. Thought to be poised for a breakout season as the Colts' number two receiver in 2009, Gonzalez missed the entire season with an injury. However, Gonzalez is still an exciting talent that could impress in 2010.

Though the team has four solid wideouts at Manning's disposal, Indy's most dangerous option in the passing game could be tight end Dallas Clark. Clark racked up 100 receptions, 1,106 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2009. That's one of the best seasons in tight end history. Manning loves to go to Clark, evidenced by the 100 catches, and Clark should continue to be a matchup problem for opposing defenses in 2010. I wouldn't expect another 100-catch season from Clark, but he's a fantastic weapon.

While the Colts' passing game flourished in 2009, the ground game was another story. The team has two good backs in Joseph Addai and Donald Brown, but they need Brown to break through in 2010. Indianapolis used their 2009 first-round pick on Brown and expect him to make major strides this season. He's got the talent to be a very good all-around back, and a big year from him could take the Indy offense to a whole new level.

It's hard to imagine the Colts being even more potent offensively this season than last, but their roster suggests that it's a possibility. Of course injuries and other factors could play a part in the team's season, but the Colts are set up to give opposing defenses nightmares as usual.
