Typical applications include curing, bonding and heat treating. The stainless steel, continuously welded interior is ideal for highly corrosive conditions or where interior cleanliness is vital.

Weiber Ovens are used for the heat treatment of spring steel products with minimal oxidation and distortion. Weiber Inert Oven offers working temperature of 50 - 500C. Potential distortion has been eliminated by incorporating a hydraulic press system within each oven, capable of applying a vertical load of up to 50 tones. Forced air circulation ensures temperature uniformity of 5 deg C. Inert Atmosphere Ovens for operation at up to 750 F; protect parts from oxidation using any non-flammable gas such as Nitrogen, Argon or Carbon Dioxide. Front-to-back horizontal air flow completely surrounds work on shelves or large parts placed directly on the reinforced work space bottom. The Oven also includes a cooling jacket which is equipped with cooling blower and automatic dampers. Installation of optional atmosphere purge solenoid, cooling blower and programming temperature controller provides completely automatic sequencing. For some applications, such as those involving flammable solvents or hazardous locations, additional safety features are also added. The advanced and custom made inert atmosphere oven features digital, microprocessor based thermocouple actuated, indicating temperature controller, motor control push buttons, on-off heat switch, LED display. Weiber Inert atmosphere Oven encloses a chamber of dimensions: 1200mm (h) X 1200mm (w) x 740mm (d).

Weiber energy efficient Oven is constructed with inert atmosphere inlet with pressure regulator to maintain positive pressure within oven and inert atmosphere outlet with pressure relief. Air jacket is provided with inside the oven for cooling. Continuously welded inner oven construction with compression fittings at wall penetrations maintains atmosphere integrity. Inert atmosphere ovens provide a port for nitrogen or argon gas, which some processes require preventing oxidation at elevated temperatures. Inert gas is injected into the chamber, pressurizing the oven and replacing the oxygen.
