Not everyone looking for a condo is interested in owning it themselves. There is significant interest among owners in renting out their unit to vacationers, especially if they live in a highly trafficked seasonal area. If you're looking for a nice alternative to a hotel, this might be exactly the kind of thing you should look into. You'll have your own kitchen and separated rooms, making your stay away from home a little more like your house.
