I've heard all the sceptics about surveys and for a while they put me off too. But then I read a message about a working mom who earned enough from filling in surveys to pay for the family holiday to Disneyland. So I idea hey what have I got to lose.

I signed up for a couple of of the greatest sites listed in Google and waited to learn what would happen. I have to show I was still a little sceptical at this point.

Sure adequate I was soon receiving surveys in my email. But shock horror they weren't the high paying surveys that a few of these sites promised. My first study provided simply $5 in payment. Nevertheless I completed it; just to find if I would be paid to be truthful. So I submitted the survey and $5 was entered into my account.

And this brings me to my first point. A lot of these survey companies have a minimum payout, ordinarily around $50. So you have to complete a couple of surveys to get paid.

This isn't a problem in its self but its something you should be mindful of. It's not a scam, once you reach the payment threshold you will be paid, but you need to complete a couple of surveys for that to happen.

The survey consorts do this for two accounts. Firstly it encourages you to get more surveys, which is what they want. And secondly it helps to cut down on client filling in surveys with false info.

If you fill in one study saying you're a 23 year old woman and the next study you're a 53 year old man, they may smell a rat and your payment will be cancelled.

Which brings me to my next point; try out to be truthful with your data, the surveys you're sent will be closely related to your demographic. So it's not in your interests to claim you're a working mom if in concept you're a 74 year old retiree. The survey companies do monitor your data and if they suspect you're not who you show you are, they wont pay you.

All that being said it is possibility to make money filling in surveys, but it won't make you deep. The figure of surveys you acquire and the number you're provided for them is directly related to your demographic. So if you're a working mom you're happening to get more surveys than a 60 year old retired army general, sorry it's just a fact.

To maximize your chances of earning a modest number of cash, you need to sign up with as many survey consorts as likely. That way you can pick and pick out the highest paying surveys and ignore the rest. If you do that and stay at it, you'll soon have enough wealth in your account to treat the family to nice holiday.
