This is an unfortunate situation, but you will have dozens of other options to choose from.

Some people have trouble the first time they view the satellite feed. It is usually a local connection issue, and refreshing the browser or the player will clear up the issue most of the time. You may want to clear up your bandwidth just in case.

Make sure that you have the right software for the stream. Some websites recommend downloading a dedicated player for this. This player allows you to connect directly to the channels that you want. A word of caution however for users who are unfamiliar with media players; make sure that the software you are downloading comes directly from the website that you are viewing. Some links can lead to another site which might infect your computer with viruses when you download.

For most people however, viewing the satellite feeds is quick and easy. If it's your first time, you probably won't find any problems for as long as you follow all of these instructions.
