There is tons of advice about how to effectively use SEO practices out there on the
web however I have found that the advice is either really basic or so complicated that it would take an MIT graduate to be able to comprehend. There seems to be a lack of middle ground easy to understand information about this subject. The basic information is just that basic it gives you a rudimentary look at SEO which is just enough to make you realize how important it is. Then when you try to take it a little deeper that is where you find the confusing math stats and algorithm maps on how Googles bots index and rank your site which only makes you think that to have good SEO you have to hire someone to do it for you.
Well with the next few blogs I am going to try and take all that hardcore math theory and cut it down into information that doesnt require a degree in computer science to understand. From my experience and from what I see out there the people that need to benefit the most from good SEO are the ones that are either the least able to afford it and/or the small business owners out there looking to make their online presence felt and rightly so.
It should not be that only the biggest and fattest companies out there get all of the benefits due to their larger budgets. I and many others out there share the same philosophy when it comes to believing the Internet is for everyone alike, you only need to take a look at all the sites out there that promote opensource software and technology. I hope this helps you in your quest to understand how to have your site rank up there with the biggest.
