So energy is always being transmuted into mass; with mass continually being transmuted into energy.

Now our bodies, as everything else in the universe, are energy, in continual vibration. When the vibration of the energy that makes up our bodies is optimal, we experience good health. When the vibration of the energy that makes our bodies is disrupted, we experience ill-health; either through direct physiological malfunctions, or by simply becoming vulnerable to infections by various disease-causing micro-organisms.

From that explanation, it would follow that to restore optimal health, we would need to restore the previous balance of energy in the body; whose distortion is what caused illness. But how do we restore that balance of energy, you ask. And the answer turns out to be that we can restore the balance of energy in our bodies through devices like the silica crystal; which have been noted to have energy-altering properties. Once the balance of energy is restored, the illnesses we were experiencing dissipate.

So the ultimate answer to our initial question as to how the health benefits of the silica crystal come about is that such benefits arise out of the silica crystal's noted ability to restore the balance of energy in the body; where it is the falling out of balance of such energy in the body that causes illness.
