2. Without goals and a plan to achieve them is a recipe for failure. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. Don't forget the vegetables and fruit too. You should be eating 5-6 small portioned meals every day. Don't even consider restricting your calories - this is counter-productive. Starvation or restrictive diets pull your metabolism down to standstill causing your body to store fat. Eating small portions often will help keep your metabolism elevated ideal for fat burning.

5. Isn't it time you got active may be 3-4 times every week? Now this doesn't mean gonig through the motions on a treadmill for 30 minutes or more. That's not the best way to lose body fat.
