While all of these factors contribute towards making a company the top, remember that while there are some constants (such as high customer service skills and reliability) each person will likely have their own idea as to what a server should do and be. Even if the server you use isn't on these lists - just ask yourself how happy you are with it. If it suits you fine, then there's no need to change.
