James Scurrah Biography
James scurrah was born in Newcastle upon Tyne in sept 9th 1966
He spent the first 11 years living in the north east of England and then moved to Cork southern Ireland as his father is Irish
James spent 2 years in Australia where he studied audio engineering in Sydney
His career in the UK was mostly in real-estate and construction; he moved to Spain in 1999 and took a position for a real-estate company interealty in Marbella, as sales executive touring clients along the Costa del Sol looking for properties with clients to purchase as a second homes or Investments.
James later started united states and ran it as a very successful real estate company for several years.
As the Spanish property market started to cool down James scurrah took a new position for an International property development company who purchased several land development sites in the North east of Brazil James was responsible for sales, and was employed as the sales director, his job was building and maintaining an agent network training recruiting and motivating staff.
After several years of realesate sales and marketing James took an interest in Internet marketing: realizing that the real knowledge is knowing how to find qualified buyers on mass, and it became clear to him that 99% of most developers are totally in the dark when it comes to lead generation, client incubation and customer sequencing.
I saw that when the market turned we had less customers and when I asked the Agents whats happening they wher blind! They said they had no leads and they didn't know how to get them, after giving this some thought James found himself with time on his hands, James says I literally shut myself away and decided to figure out this whole internet marketing business and realised that understanding this really is the Golden ticket for any business.
12 months later he started lead generation for a second international developer and was producing more that 300 leads a day of potentional clients that where interested in investing.
The developer could not keep up with the demand.
He says it's amazing how marketing has changed; I know a16 year old kid that can site at home in his shorts and generate more sales leads then a whole marketing department of a major PLC company, times have changed and education has changed so much now, for example most marketing directors have no idea about marketing technology, by the time they have finished a courses or university it has changed again.
Marketing technologies move so fast you need to east sleep and breath it 24/7 or you will miss it as it changes.
Small companies can now out market and out manoeuvre large companies if they have the right person in charge of marketing technology or hire a marketing technologist
In the past one person could have a general understanding of everything but now it is so diverse that it's better to outsource the parts you really don't understand.
All the tools are now available that will help you out -market any competitor is just knowing how to use them all in harmony to produce the best results.
