8.)To take minutes of the meeting for senior employees, to keep a record of all the meetings and discussions happened for the business purposes
9.)Helping the HR department in keeping a track of the attendance of employees
10.)To look after budgets of the organisation and maintaining a record of the expenses spent in the office with the help of accounts department
11.)To organise parties and office functions within the budget available for the respective party or function
12.)To fulfil the administrative needs of the employees and check that they are satisfied with the tools and equipments provided required to give their best
The salary and the pay packages of the office administrators vary according to the job title, field of job, education level, and the office in which the person is employed in. A student needs to be instilled with great communication skills, management skills, and business handling abilities to be able to manage the work of the office. Thus, we can say, the job responsibilities of an administrator are quite heavy and tough, and one needs to take care of small- small things to enable a smooth functioning of the office work and make the employees satisfied with the work environment.
