Families will love the Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The largest event of its type in the U.S., the pilgrimage draws over 1,000 visitors each year for guided wildflower walks, lectures and a photography contest.

And enjoying nature doesn't mean you have to rough it. Cabins of the Smoky Mountains features luxury log cabins complete with gourmet kitchens, plush beds and first class amenities.

And with the company's April special, families can save on their stay. Guests booking two-nights from April 15 to April 26 can add two bonus weekday nights to their stay free of charge. Free nights represent the least expensive night of they stay, and other restrictions may apply.
